An overview of key terms that play a central role in my work.

This section provides a deeper understanding of the terms frequently used in my practice. They can help you grasp my approach more fully and immerse yourself in the world of Somatic Spirituality.

CONCEPTS AND DEFINITIONS

  • Inner parts are different facets of our personality, each representing distinct needs, desires, emotions, and behaviors. In the healing process, the goal is to consciously recognize these parts, understand their messages, and give them space to be acknowledged.

A body-centered approach acknowledges that humans consist of many inner dimensions, all interacting within an intelligent, dynamic system. Healing happens when these parts no longer work against each other but come into harmony—when they feel heard, recognized, and integrated. This creates a deep sense of inner coherence, self-connection, and clarity.

  • Attunement refers to the conscious alignment with a specific frequency, energy, or inner truth. It is the ability to deeply sense oneself, others, and the greater field of consciousness, resonating with them on a profound level.

Attunement plays a vital role in both trauma healing and frequency healing. Developmental trauma, in particular, can lead to a state of misattunement—an inner dysregulation where the natural connection to oneself and the world feels disrupted. Through intentional attunement, this connection can be restored. The body, nervous system, and energetic field can learn to feel safe, regulated, and aligned with their true essence.

  • All inner parts exist within an intelligent, living, and dynamic system. Any internal shift influences the whole—and vice versa. Healing never happens in isolation but always in relationship to the entire system.

  • The interplay of all aspects of your being includes:

    • The physical body

    • The emotional body

    • The mental body

    • Your nervous system

    • Your energetic field

The term “your whole system” describes how these dimensions interact with your spirit body—the field of pure consciousness that holds your essence.

Systemic Awareness & Inner Parts

  • Embodiment is the practice of consciously experiencing and integrating emotions, thoughts, and energies through the body. It is not a theory or technique but a lived reality where cognitive processes, emotions, and somatic sensations interweave.

    Embodiment allows for:

    • Self-awareness – a direct, clear experience of your own truth

    • Presence – fully existing in the now, connected to the present moment instead of being trapped in the past or future

    • Emotional sovereignty – the ability to engage with emotions in a regulated and grounded way

When we learn to consciously feel what we feel and recognize our inner truths, we begin to unfold into our authentic self.

Embodiment

  • Deeply ingrained behavioral and emotional patterns are shaped by repeated energetic imprints over time. They may form due to traumatic experiences, environmental influences, or societal conditioning.

  • Triggers are emotional or sensory stimuli that activate strong internal reactions, often linked to unresolved trauma. In overwhelming moments, we unconsciously fall back into survival strategies, which may show up as:

    • Anger or aggression

    • Control mechanisms

    • Perfectionism

    • Addictive behaviors

    • Withdrawal and isolation

By consciously discharging the stored energetic charge behind a trigger, a greater sense of emotional freedom can emerge.

Programs, Patterns & Triggers

  • Healing is a process of inner expansion and self-discovery. The more space we give to our inner essence, the more flow, fulfillment, and vitality we can experience. Healing is about tapping into deep inner knowing, which supports both emotional and physical regeneration, leading to a life of abundance and wholeness.

  • Self-healing refers to the natural healing mechanisms of the body and mind. It can be actively supported by:

    • Deep connection to the body

    • Processing and integrating emotions

    • Aligning with pure consciousness

The more we recognize and activate these innate healing forces, the more naturally healing unfolds.

  • Healing doesn’t happen through external fixes—it begins with reconnecting to our inner essence. When profound internal transformation occurs, external shifts follow as a natural consequence.

  • Manifestation occurs when a specific frequency field is fully embodied. The body acts as a transmitter, radiating this integrated resonance into the world—shaping reality accordingly.

Self-Healing & Manifestation

  • Spirituality is a deeply personal experience of connection with oneself. It is based on the understanding that a pure consciousness underlies all existence and lives within us.

  • Pure consciousness is timeless, infinite, and creative. It vibrates in frequencies of fulfillment, love, and wholeness. In my work, I use terms such as pure essence, inner power, life force, higher self, spirit, and inner self to describe this consciousness.

  • Healing doesn’t happen through external fixes—it begins with reconnecting to our inner essence. When profound internal transformation occurs, external shifts follow as a natural consequence.Consciousness has the ability to move and harmonize energy and frequencies through awareness and presence.

  • Everything in life is infused with energy—existing in fields of vibration that carry information. These vibrational fields are called frequencies.

    • Energy healing works with the universal energy field to release stagnant energy and restore balance.

    • Frequency healing goes beyond energy work—it shifts the quality of vibrations, directing them into a specific resonance. A key aspect of frequency healing is consciously realigning with your original frequency—your higher self.

Consciousness & Energy

  • Trauma is energy that couldn’t be fully processed or released. It arises when a person cannot respond adequately to an overwhelming or life-threatening situation. The nervous system stores these experiences, causing trauma to remain stuck in the body, looping like an unprocessed memory.

  • This form of trauma refers to deep emotional and psychological wounds from early childhood, often caused by neglect, chronic stress, emotional abuse, or unstable environments. These experiences shape emotional, cognitive, and social development, influencing how we perceive ourselves and the world.

  • Somatic trauma healing actively involves the body in the healing process. Trauma is stored not only in the mind but also in the body. Through intentional bodywork, movement, and sensory awareness, trapped energy can be released, the nervous system can regulate, and fragmented parts can be reintegrated.

  • Trauma can deeply impact the ability to trust, connect, and build relationships. Many people with trauma experience unstable or insecure attachment patterns. Healing these patterns involves awareness, safety, and presence, allowing for deeper and more stable connections with both self and others.

  • Trauma healing is an ongoing process of consciously integrating and resolving past experiences. The energetic chargestored in the body and psyche is released and transformed, preventing repetitive cycles of trauma. This can lead to:

    • Increased resilience

    • Emotional balance

    • A deeper embodiment of the self

Healing trauma supports you in feeling free, authentic, and in harmony with the natural flow of life.

  • Trauma is often passed down through generations, shaping unconscious behavioral patterns, belief systems, and emotional imprints. If left unaddressed, these patterns remain within family and collective structures and continue affecting future generations.

Trauma & Healing

Healing, spirituality, and consciousness work are unique experiences for each individual. Everyone is encouraged to explore and discover their own truth. The definitions provided here serve as guidance and reflection of my personal perspective.
